The exposition includes about 70 paintings and 30 graphic works, as well as photographs and memorial objects, provided mainly by the Munch Museum in Oslo, as well as from the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts. The most anticipated exhibit is a graphic version of the famous work The Scream which is housed in the Munch Museum.

One of the exhibition’s themes is ‘Munch and Dostoevsky’, since the Norwegian artist’s worldview and aesthetics were greatly influenced by the works of Fyodor Dostoevsky.
