The Krylatsky Trail: Tranquil Nature in a Bustling Metropolis
The Krylatsky Trail race, scheduled for October 29, 2023, is highly anticipated by avid runners. The event takes place in Moscow's Krylatsky Hills Park and marks the end of the season for outdoor cross-country races. As a highlight of the ‘Running Community’ series, it promises to be a stunning finale in a beautiful natural setting.
Registration:
Online on October 26 and 27 on the runc.run website.
In person on October 27 from 3 pm to 8 pm and October 28 from 3 pm to 8 pm at the registration area in Luzhniki.
The race route winds through a protected area, showcasing the stunning autumn foliage in shades of gold and crimson. Runners will encounter both unpaved and asphalt sections, as well as challenging inclines and exhilarating descents. Participants can choose between two distances: 4 kilometres for beginners and 8 kilometres for experienced runners.
Rules of participation:
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Participant packets (with bib number) can be collected on October 27 between 3 PM and 8 PM, on October 28 between 3 PM and 8 PM, or on October 29 from 8 AM (collection ends 30 minutes before the start of the race).
- To collect the packet, participants must present a valid ID and a medical certificate.
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
