Christmas Is Coming!
This winter, Moscow invites locals and visitors alike to revel in the atmosphere of the upcoming holidays in its shops, theatres, exhibitions, ice rinks, and more. The winter markets in particular create a special feeling of cosiness during the cold evenings. Read on to learn more about some of Moscow’s most festive markets this December.
Dunyasha Market
Dunyasha Market is home to a range of activities and events, including food festivals, workshops, themed photo areas and (of course) gift-buying opportunities. Visitors can also update their wardrobes with new designs and Christmas looks. Entrance is free and no advanced registration is required.

Delhi Bazaar
Delhi Bazaar is a unique venue devoted to Indian culture, shopping, and restaurants. Guests can try tasty food, listen to artists’ performances, take part in cooking workshops, and buy clothes. Those interested can sign up on the website to learn about upcoming events.

Winter Ceramics Festival
Visitors to this winter ceramics festival can buy unique gifts and souvenirs ranging from utensils to gifts and decorations. There is also a lecture and workshop programme where stylists, interior designers, and art critics tackle current trends in the ceramics industry. Entrance is free and no advance registration is required.

ARTFLECTION Festival
The festival offers beautiful handmade Christmas presents from 150 professionals and artists in a variety of creative fields. There are also workshops, photo zones, and art installations to enjoy. The festival is popular, so visitors need to register in advance, the ticket price is 300 roubles.

LADYA. Winter’s Tale
Ladya is more than a traditional Russian market—it is an educational platform featuring various workshops and competitions. Manufacturers welcome guests with Russian folk art crafts exhibiting Gzhel porcelain, Rostov Finift Enamel, Vologda lace and many other traditional attributes of everyday life and culture. Entrance is free and no advance registration is required.

Lambada Market
Lambada Market fills more than 4,000 square metres of a printing house with special zones and collaborations. Visitors can enjoy musical performances and buy unique gifts in time for the holidays. Entrance is free.
