Starting May 12, foreign citizens can only order a digital permit on the https://nedoma.mos.ru/ website. The SMS option is now available for the citizens of Russian Federation only.
The ‘Collection’ Museum opened a year ago in the centre of Moscow, on Solyanka Ulitsa. It is a private museum of antiques belonging to David Iakovashvili. Today, the museum offers online excursions around its exhibitions with English subtitles.
Starting April 22, a number of new regulations concerning self-isolation and quarantine will go into effect in Moscow.
Starting Wednesday, April 15, residents will be required to obtain digital permits in order to travel within Moscow and the Moscow Region by any form of public or private transport.
