For all companies in different fields, achieving operational excellence requires a comprehensive strategy that combines technical optimization with managerial finesse. A document management system (DMS) is one of the important part of the strategy. The delays in signing and transferring documentation and data loss, the communication challenges between departments in procurement processes were the consequences of the inefficient document management at Titan-2 company. This research aims to elevate the operational efficiency and responsiveness at JSC “CONCERN TITAN-2, a part of Titan-2 construction holding, by optimizing its document management system and refining business processes. Using a mixed-methods approach such as employee interviews and case studies, as well as analyzing performance indicators of the company's document management process, the current drawbacks of business-process and reasons of the current problems in procurement process were identified. Moreover, this research focuses on expert opinions of professionals in different divisions at Titan-2. Addressing critical issues of document management and project productivity, the as the result of the research recommendations to improve the effectiveness of document management system use, to eliminate redundancy and to optimize document workflows were developed and offered. By integrating technical and managerial aspects, this study contributes to improve business processes and communication channels, leading to faster turnaround times and minimizing project delays. With these managerial implications, Titan-2 can effectively implement the results of this research to improve operational efficiency, and overall organizational performance.
