Abstract

This course aims to support students in developing comprehensive knowledge and skills of managing design processes of smart products and services that implement cutting edge technologies. The course outlines the importance and role of users and other stakeholders as well as technology trends such as cloud computing, mobile, big data, machine learning and IoT in the process of designing services needed for smart products.
