Course Syllabus
Abstract
The course ‘Organizational communication’ deals with human communication in a variety of organizations. It is designed for third-year bachelor students, who major in “Linguistics and intercultural communication”, but it could also be interesting for those studying business-related subjects. Students will extend their knowledge of traditional and contemporary communication theories, explore the concepts of organizational behavior, analyze the structures, practices and cultures of organizations and gain the skills professional communicators need to develop highly ethical and effective performance standards. The course provides students with hands-on experience of applying the knowledge and skills they gain through examining authentic real-world cases and working on projects.

- Written examinationЭкзамен проводится в письменной форме с использованием асинхронного прокторинга. Экзамен проходит с использованием сервиса «Экзамус» на онлайн платформе Moodle соответствии с графиком проведения сессии: https://hse.student.examus.net. К экзамену необходимо подключиться за 10 минут до начала. На платформе Экзамус доступно тестирование системы. Компьютер студента должен удовлетворять требованиям, перечисленным по ссылке: https://elearning.hse.ru/data/2020/05/07/1544135594/Технические%20требования%20к%20ПК%20студента.pdf Для участия в экзамене студент обязан включить камеру и микрофон, ввести свое имя, подтвердить личность и открыть новый документ Microsoft Word, предварительно убрав все электронные устройства (кроме компьютера). Во время экзамена студентам запрещено: использовать электронные устройства, кроме компьютера, открывать дополнительные вкладки в браузере и разговаривать с третьими лицами, а также использовать конспекты и другие учебные материалы, выключать камеру и/или микрофон, покидать место выполнения экзаменационного задания. Во время экзамена студентам разрешено: пить воду (заранее принесенную на место выполнения заданий). Кратковременным нарушением связи во время экзамена считается нарушение соединения в рамках 5 минут. Долговременным нарушением связи во время экзамена считается временной промежуток, превышающий 5 минут. При долговременном нарушении связи студент не может продолжить участие в экзамене. Процедура пересдачи проводится в устной форме.
