Abstract
The "Financial Management" program is designed to provide basic knowledge and tools of financial management and increase the information content of business professionals. The program provides managers with a framework for making financial decisions. Financial and accounting tools allow to assess better the growth of firms, profitability, investment in the future and the debt amount. The course program provides information on how to assess the company's financial condition based on the data of their financial statements, evaluate projects in terms of costs and revenues. Students will gain a new understanding of financial drivers in business and how to make decisions in a financial context. The program offers case studies from real-life business scenarios and financial practice applications to improve the learning experience.
