Course Syllabus

Abstract

The objectives of the discipline are to familiarize the masters' students with the conceptual foundations of genomics as a modern comprehensive fundamental discipline primarily from the mathematical and computational point of view. We will show how mathematical models, machine learning and data structures are used to solve population genomics problems.
