Course Syllabus

Abstract

The discipline Strategic management is aimed at development of the necessary amount of fundamental and applied knowledge for students for a successful strategic analysis of the enterprise in a high dynamics and environmental uncertainty. The course includes a combination of theoretical and practical exercises. Practical classes are aimed at developing skills and abilities to use strategic analysis in the process of developing strategic decisions. In the process of studying the discipline, the method of analysis of cases and other interactive methods. The discipline program provides for homework. All the workshops are focusing on relevant and practically relevant issues in strategic management. Homework with using actual material will allow the student to refine knowledge theoretical models and concepts of strategic management, master skills use of strategic analysis tools. Реализация дисциплины переносится на 2ой модуль 2023/2024 учебного года. Due to the high workload of the teacher, the implementation of the discipline is transferred to the 2nd module 23/24.

  • The discipline "Strategic management" is aimed at development of the necessary amount of fundamental and applied knowledge for students for a successful strategic analysis of the enterprise in a high dynamics and environmental uncertainty. The course includes a combination of theoretical and practical exercises. Practical classes are aimed at developing skills and abilities to use strategic analysis in the process of developing strategic decisions and innovative development organization. During the workshops are widely used the methods of analysis of cases and other interactive methods. The discipline program provides for the homework. All the workshops are focusing on relevant and practically relevant issues strategic management. Homework with using actual material will allow the student to refine knowledge theoretical models and concepts of strategic management, master skills use of strategic analysis tools. Student's independent work includes mastery of classical concepts of the theory of strategic management in recommended educational and scientific literature, preparation for practical exercises, intermediate and final control of knowledge.
