Abstract

The Research Seminar aims to develop students’ research skills’ set required for a deep understanding of international news production.
Learning Objectives

Learning Objectives

  • To introduce students to basics of analytical journalism
  • To get students acquainted with research technologies that are used in the various fields of international news journalism
  • To teach students to means to verify analytical output in the field of international news
  • To develop a complex understanding of the international media production as a system
  • To teach students to combine different types of the activities beginning with media environment analysis and ending with personnel selection
  • Development of the skills for news chain development and its analysis
