Course Syllabus

Abstract

This program of the academic discipline establishes the requirements for the educational results and learning outcomes of the student and determines the content and types of training sessions and reporting. The program is intended for teachers teaching the “Mentor Seminar” discipline, teaching assistants and students in the field of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science studying in the “Data Science” educational program. The academic discipline program was developed in accordance with: The Educational Standard of the National Research University Higher School of Economics; The educational program “Data Science” and the combined curriculum for the educational program “Data Science”. This academic discipline is included in the key seminars of the Curriculum. Applied mathematics and computer science. It is mastered in the 1st year in modules 1-4, in the 2nd year in modules 1-2. The main provisions of the “Mentor’s Seminar” discipline will be used during internships in the 1st-2nd years of the “Data Science” educational program, as well as during the preparation and defense of thesis.
