Course Syllabus
Abstract
The purpose of the seminar is to individually help students with the aim of developing their careers, identifying points of their professional growth. The work at the seminar will help determine research interests, navigate the labor market in the field of education and assessment. The focus of the first year of the seminar will be on the networking strategies and extending networking practice in the field of academia and EdTech.
Learning Objectives
- - to make students familiar with the directions of individual academic development in HSE
- - to make students familiar with the current directions of the study in Cognitive Sciences and Neuroscience fields
- - to develop analytical skills in application to cognitive and neuroscience research
Expected Learning Outcomes
- Students should be able to understand the concept of research ethics and possible consequences of fraud and plagiarism
- Students are able to use sources responsibly for argument support, avoid plagiarism of any nature, and format their text properly in the APA style.
- students get familiar with opportunities of academic development in HSE
- Students are able to identify their scientific interests
