Abstract

This course aims to explore the various dimensions of leadership in contemporary settings. Students will engage with classic and modern theories of leadership, assess different leadership styles, and apply these concepts in real-world scenarios.

    Students will undertake practical leadership projects or analyze real-world leadership case studies. This will allow them to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios, demonstrating their understanding and ability to implement leadership principles.
  • non-blocking Activity at seminars
    Leadership often involves teamwork and collaboration. Active participation in class discussions, group activities, and collaborative projects will be crucial. This criterion will evaluate students' ability to lead, contribute to, and facilitate group discussions and tasks. There will be 5 tasks to be done for the seminars: o For each of the task, the score is set from 0 to 10 points o The weight of each criteria is 20% o Mathema7cal rounding rules o The assessment for the seminar’s ac7vity is 30% of the total for the discipline

    These will test students' understanding of leadership theories, principles, and historical contexts. Essays will allow students to delve deeper into specific topics, showcasing their analytical and critical thinking skills.

    Leadership also involves self-awareness and personal growth. Students will be required to reflect on their own leadership strengths, weaknesses, and experiences. They will also develop a personal leadership development plan for the future.
