Abstract
The development of leaders, leadership qualities, leadership potential is the task and need of any modern organization. Without leadership, there is no change and progress; without leadership, the changes that come from the outside world are not accepted. In the face of increased competition, on the one hand, and crisis phenomena, on the other, leadership qualities and skills are not just necessary, but a priority for business development. In modern companies, there are more and more managers, but there is a very acute shortage of leaders-leaders.
