Abstract
«Курс «Психология труда и организационная психология» охватывает основные темы современного организационного поведения. Лидерство, мотивация, организационные изменения и инновации являются основными элементами управления человеческими ресурсами. Курс раскрывает вопросы адаптации самой организации и ее сотрудников к экономике будущего. Какой организационный дизайн будет востребован? Как инновации изменят отношение, мотивацию и стратегии людей в организации? Какие стили лидерства подойдут цифровому миру? Курс является обязательной дисциплиной для студентов 2 курса магистратуры программы «Прикладная социальная психология» Дисциплина основывается на ранее изученных общих теориях в рамках курсов социальной психологии и состоит из серии семинаров и практических занятий.»
