Course Syllabus
Abstract
Discipline "Qualitative research methods in management" familiarize doctoral students with the basic underpinnings of qualitative research, philosophical foundations and theoretical approaches, strategies and tools for collecting and analyzing qualitative data.The purpose of the discipline is to develop an understanding of the specifics of qualitative methods, the nature and diversity of qualitative research strategies, the development of practical skills in designing and conducting qualitative field research, working with qualitative methods for collecting and analyzing empirical data.

- to advance doctoral students’ knowledge of diverse qualitative methods and their implementation in research process to obtain reliable and valid results.
