Course Syllabus

Abstract

Quantitative analysis is an elective course in a form of research seminar for ICEF BSc students which is a part of ICEF Academy program. Seminar focuses on applied problems in modern finance where various mathematical methods and computer science techniques can be used. The main goals of the seminar are to advance students’ technical skills, show how statistical methods can be used for solving business problems in a structured way, discuss recent developments in industry as well as research, formulate potential projects and discuss the progress on existing projects.
