Abstract
The main goal of mastering the discipline is development of operational approach to the management of a company’s activities with a focus on increasing the efficiency of processes. As a result of the study, students acquire ability to identify operations and processes relevant to solving the problems, know how to manage costs, manage quality and manage the volume of production of products and services, acquire skills of developing schedules and business process evaluation.
