Course Syllabus

Abstract

The discipline forms knowledge and skills in the theory and practice of intercultural communication based on modern organizational and linguoculturological models. As a result of studying the discipline, students manage to know the specifics of business communication with representatives of different cultures; to acquire the tools of intercultural mediation and conflictology. Particular attention will be paid to the skills of organizing the negotiation process.
