Abstract

The academic discipline "Strategic Analysis" is aimed at developing the necessary amount of fundamental and applied knowledge for students for a successful strategic analysis of the company's activities in conditions of high dynamics and uncertainty of the external environment.The course includes a combination of theoretical and practical classes. Practical classes are aimed at developing skills and abilities to use methods of strategic analysis in the process of making strategic decisions and innovative development of the organization. In the process of studying the discipline, the method of case analysis and other interactive methods are used.
