Abstract
"Comparative social policy" studies support for various social groups. Who influences it? Why aid for some, not others? Does history impact current policies? These queries guide the class, attracting those interested in social support details. Students analyse public policies across countries and regions. The discipline focuses on students' understanding of theoretical approaches, practical implementation, and analysis of state social support as a vital part of social policy.
