Course Syllabus
Abstract
The pandemic illustrated the challenges faced by the leaders of organizations as a consequence of a radical uncertainty, where the predictive and calculative capabilities of organizations were pushed to the limits. The seminar covers the important aspects of the leaders` decision-making and behavior under uncertainty. It introduces particular visualization tools and coaching-based methods helpful in becoming a more agile and flexible leader. The seminar is structured around 4 core components of transformational leadership: idealized influence, individual consideration, inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation.

- Develop personal plan how to deal with complicated situations and coach a teammate to deal with hard challenges
- Experiment with various mindful learning and decision-making approaches
- Implement various knowledge engineering methods and techniques for practical tasks
- Investigate possible options of employment of transformational leadership behaviour into personal leadership style
- Organize effective forms of interpersonal communication (in written form and orally) for the purpose of analysis
