Abstract
The course provides a practical and realistic perspective on various HR policies and practices in a context where international companies are facing high challenges related to ongoing changes in the local and global markets. Issues such as talent acquisition, onboarding, attrition and change management, workforce diversity, internationalization, employee engagement, as well as career and talent development are essential parts of this course, contributing to manage human talents not only today but also in the future.
