Abstract

The course offers to discuss trends in the development of Islamic finance, key features of the business model of Islamic financing of Islamic banks and financial companies (basic financial contracts, alternatives to interest-bearing instruments), the corporate culture of Islamic financial business (compliance requirements and corporate governance features), reporting features.
