Abstract
The course presents students with a thorough and detailed exposition of how to manage the value of a company.. The course explores both the theoretical basis and practical application of all major elements of value based analysis of current and strategic corporate decisions based on the creation of value for stakeholders. Students discuss methods of assessing the sustainable value growth of a company, financial models of strategic analysis such as EVA, MVA CFROI, and consider the issues of remuneration system. Participants are provided with the opportunity to work in small teams to prepare the capstone project.
