At the seminar, the participants got acquainted with the principles of the program designed for automated qualitative and mixed analysis of data, text and multimedia. The researchers discussed methods of isolating codes of various levels for a more in-depth analysis of information. Transcripts of interviews taken by the project team from museum staff were used as a database.

The organization of well-coordinated joint work was also one of the main topics of discussion. The participants talked about the possibilities of using software for effective interaction. The research team noted the special convenience of MAXQDA for coordinating work.

For the current year, the team plans not only to continue field work, including collecting interviews with museum employees, focus groups with visitors, monitoring events and content analysis of museum websites and social networks, but also preparing several publications, speaking at Russian and international conferences, including the section «Museums' work with communities» within the framework of the III International Scientific Conference «Interaction. Integration. Inclusion in the era of sociality crisis», which will take place on November 13-14, 2023.
