- administration and development of Soft Skills programs for Russian researchers from Universities, Research Centers and enetrprises and research intensive businesses

University Meets the Interests of Russia: Key Priorities of HSE Development
On March 19, the HSE Staff and Student Conference, which was attended by 727 delegates, took place at the Russia Expo. At the event, a vote for 87 candidates to the elected part of the HSE Academic Council was held, all of which received the required number of votes.
Scientarium: Driving Young Scientists’ Development
In September, HSE University’s Voronovo Study Centre hosted ‘Scientarium: Young Researcher School’, a retreat for undergraduate and graduate students engaged in scientific activities. The Scientarium project started in 2021 in an online format, and was later held in the format of an educational retreat for the first time in autumn 2023. This year, the Young Researcher School brought together students from different universities across Russia.
From Chelyabinsk to Krasnodar: 56 Postdocs From Across Russia Join HSE University This Year
A total of 56 early-career researchers will join HSE University in Moscow and St Petersburg in the 2022/2023 academic year as part of the university’s Russian Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme. Some are participating in the programme for the first time, while others are returning for their second year. HSE University in Moscow has welcomed 29 new researchers to its departments.

HSE University provides students with opportunities for academic development from the undergraduate level onwards. Now that another open enrolment session for research assistant positions has recently come to an end, more than 250 young researchers are starting their careers and combining work and study at the university.
Setting Personal Boundaries in the Age of ‘New Ethics’
Psychologists acknowledge that there is no longer any public consensus on gender relations and issues. The HSE Media Practices Centre held a training session on ‘How to Find Common Ground with People Living in the New Ethical Reality,’ in which experts discussed key elements of ‘new ethics’ and their influence on social relationships.
Russian Postdoc Programme Brings Emerging Scholars from all over Russia to HSE Research Teams
The Russian Postdoc Programme has once again attracted talented researchers from all over Russia to work on research projects at HSE University. The programme aims to provide emerging Russian scholars and scientists with the opportunity to conduct research at HSE. In the new academic year, 54 Russian postdoctoral fellows will join the University.
