Organizational design in the field of banking security using key approaches of the theory of systems limitation (Part 2)
The article considers the project of cardinal reorganization of the security service of the Moscow branch of Sberbank PJSC implemented in 2009-2010 from the standpoint of the theory of systems limitation. The project was proposed by the branch's security department at the time when the bank's management was implementing the Sberbank Production System. The project was successfully implemented, the results of its implementation can be applied to transform the security function of any business network structure.
