HSE First-Year Students Develop a Telegram Bot to Help the Homeless

The Higher School of Economics gradually takes higher positions in the authoritative World University Rankings. At the same time, the University is becoming more and more popular among international students. On the one hand, foreigners can apply to study for free through full-tuition scholarships which completely waive all tuition fees for select full-degree Bachelor's and Master's programmes at HSE. On the other hand, tuition fees in HSE appear to be lower than in many universities outside Russia. From Chaotic Dynamics to Process Mining
Sergey Shershakov is 2012 graduate of the HSE master’s programme in System and Software Engineering, lecturer of a course in Data Algorithms and Structures, a researcher at the Laboratory of Process-Aware Information Systems (PAIS Lab), and participant of the Young Faculty Support Programme in the Category ‘New Researchers’. Serious Projects are Born when their Creators are Still at University
HSE graduate Sergei Pronin was still studying for his degree in Software Engineering when he and others designed App in the Air, promoted by Apple as a successful mobile project. Sergei now works as the leading developer at Empatika and teaches at HSE. School of Software Engineering Takes Part in the Creation of Vietnamese-Russian Technological University
The Vietnam-Russia academic conference that took place in Hanoi in April decided to establish a Vietnamese-Russian Technological University (VRTU) on the basis of the Le Quy Don University of Science and Technology. HSE’s School of Software Engineering is to play a key role in this process.
