Employment history

From 2020 to the present day: Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology, Academic Supervisor of the Master's programme ‘Positive Psychology’. Head of academic ( Russian Science Foundation, Russian Foundation for Basic Research) and applied science-engaged projects, developer of continuing professional education programmes.

From 2012 to 2023: work as a research fellow at the Positive psychology laboratory under the supervision of Dmitry Leontiev (initially in the Research and Educational Group of Positive Psychology and Quality of Life, then in the International Laboratory of Positive Psychology of Personality and Motivation).

Responsibilities

Academic supervision of the master's program "Positive Psychology". Management of applied projects. Conducting academic research on personality development.
