International Launch and Discussion of the HSE Global Cities Innovation Index 2024 Results

On October 29, we launch the international presentation of the third edition of the HSE Global Cities Innovation Index (GCII, Index). The event will be held within the framework of the XIV International Academic Conference ‘Foresight and Science, Technology and Innovation Policy’.




From 15:00 to 16:00 (GMT+3)
, the authors of the 2024 Index, researchers from
the HSE ISSEK Russian Cluster Observatory – Evgeniy Kutsenko, Ekaterina Ivanova, Tatyana Ostashchenko, Victoria Boos, Kristina Boyakova, and Kirill Tyurchev – will present the key findings of the report. They will provide an overview of the research methodology and highlight the major changes that have shaped the global innovation landscape over the past year.

A discussion titled 'How HSE GCII Can Benefit Government, Business, and Innovators?' is scheduled to begin at 16:10 (GMT+3). Members of the HSE GCII Advisory Board – 13 renowned experts in science, technology, innovation, and urban development from 10 countries – have been invited to participate:
