В соответствии с Трудовым Кодексом РФ и Правилами внутреннего трудового распорядка НИУ ВШЭ все вновь поступающие лица (в том числе при повторном приеме на работу) в день приема на работу обязаны пройти вводный инструктаж по охране труда.

Для прохождения инструктажа необходимо распечатать и заполнить Контрольный лист вводного инструктажа, предварительно ознакомиться со следующей информацией:

1. Посмотрите видеоролик, который содержит основные правила поведения на территории университета, и пройдите тест https://cu.hse.ru/course/view.php?id=218. 

Для входа на сайт используйте свой логин и пароль.

При отсутствии личного кабинета используйте логин: niu_hse и пароль: u4xTAPAVp

2. Ознакомьтесь с материалами оценки условий труда на рабочих местах.

Контрольный лист вводного инструктажа сдайте в Единую приемную.

Регламент проведения вводного инструктажа

In accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the Internal Labor Regulations, all newly hired persons (including those who are re-employed) are required to undergo an introductory briefing on labor protection on the day they are hired (or before that day).

An introductory briefing on labor protection is held in office L 205 during working hours indicated on the website of the department for working with international specialists.

To pass the briefing, it is necessary to print the Checklist of the introductory briefing and go through the briefing according to the memo indicated in the sheet.
