Course Syllabus
Abstract
Topics such as supply chain integration, logistics coordination, approaches to coordination governance, conflict behavior, conflict management, conflict resolutions, dynamics of cross-functional conflict, role of logistics service in cross-functional conflict-mediation will be discussed during the seminars; as well as topics such as role of logistics as a service function for a production\manufacturing plant, roles of internal and external logistics, interrelation between sales forecast, production planning and supply chain, importance of synchronous material flow for stable supply of a production plant with parts, localization, inventory management, as well as lean principles in logistics will be discussed during the seminars.
Learning Objectives
- The aim of the course is to externalize the student`s competence of conflict resolution in the cross-functional coordination by providing the theoretical framework of integration and conflict governance as well as to develop comprehensive skills applied to the practical problem solving.
- Also the aim of the course is mastering the skills of developing and implementing organization strategy, design and strategic management of logistics infrastructure of a manufacturing enterprise aimed at ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise.
Expected Learning Outcomes
- Умение определить и проанализировать межфункциональный конфликт, возникающий в результате межфункционального взаимодействия с указанием характеристик конфликтной ситуации;
- Развитие навыков критического и аналитического мышления в рамках оценки конфликтной ситуации;
- Владение навыками разработки и реализации стратегии организации, проектирования и стратегического управления логистической инфраструктурой производственного предприятия, направленными на обеспечение конкурентоспособности предприятия;
- Получение знаний в области траспортной логистики и бережливой логистики
