Course Syllabus
Abstract
The course gives students the knowledge necessary for the implementation of the project in commercial and non-profit sector. The aim of the course is to develop skills in the field of project management. Each project must be limited in time, have clear criteria for the outcomes (given the characteristics of the product obtained), assume an external or internal request.
Learning Objectives
- To learn about implementation of project work
- To develop skills required to complete the tasks of the course “Projects”
Expected Learning Outcomes
- Understand the stages of the project cycle
- Know how to write a project plan
- Can define a scope of a project
- Able to sequence project activities
- Able to identify project environment and project risks
- Understand the main constraints of project activities
- Can build a work breakdown schedule
- Know how to plan human resource for a project
- Identify the principal differences between the working group and the team
