The aim of the research seminar «Managing international projects» is mastering competences in the field of modern project management tools and enhancing competence in international project management. - The aim of the research seminar «Managing international projects» is mastering competences in the field of modern project management tools and enhancing competence in international project management.
Expected Learning Outcomes
- knows the stages of planning academic and consulting projects
- knows relevant quantitative and qualitative research methods
- knows how to prepare a report and presentation on course paper
- knows the methods of managing the content of an international project
- defines key performance indicators for all the stakeholders
