Course Syllabus

Abstract

In today’s rapidly changing, ambiguous, volatile and digitally connected environment, formal authority is not enough to create innovative market companies, that are able to grow exponentially. We have to challenge the traditional expectations of the leader persona with the new inspirational, empowering and transformational roles that eventually can lead to outstanding performance. This course is aimed at the task of achieving positive impact in the volatile conditions using the strategies of transformational leadership on the group and corporate level. The course covers also individual challenges of modern managers, who have to be able to lead creatively and manage using dynamic and creative collaboration models thus improving personal and group level performance.

  • ILO-5. Organize effective forms of interpersonal communication (in written form and orally) for the purpose of analysis
