Course Syllabus

Abstract

This course introduces students to the basics of law theory, which enables comprehensive understanding of the role of law as a social regulator in the era of digital transformation. It also explores the relationship between law and technology with a strong focus on the law of the Russian Federation, European Union and the United States.
