Аннотация
This curriculum establishes minimum requirements for the student's knowledge and skills and defines the content and types of training sessions and reporting. The program is intended for teachers leading this discipline, teaching assistants and students of the direction 38.03.02 Management, studying the discipline "Logistics and supply chain management". During the course of studying the discipline, students get acquainted with the main processes in logistics and supply chain management, as well as study their features in various business areas. The program was developed in accordance with: • The educational standard of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "National Research University Higher School of Economics", in respect of which the category "National Research University" is established, in the direction of bachelor's degree 38.03.02 Management.
Цель освоения дисциплины
- Formation of students' basic understanding of the basic concepts and laws of logistics and supply chain management, as well as their place and role in the enterprise management system.
Планируемые результаты обучения
- To explain the definition, purpose and boundaries of responsibility of logistics in the enterprise
- To explain the main factors that have influenced and are influencing the development of logistics in the world and in Russia
- To explain the role of logistics in business and its relationship to other functions
- To be able to conduct an object decomposition of a logistics system, draw a diagram of a logistics network and system with different flows
- To be able to conduct a process decomposition of the logistics system, correctly identify logistics operations and functions
- To analyze the impact of quantitative (TCO) and qualitative factors on the 'make or buy' decision process in logistics
- To list the main objectives of warehouse and transportation management, linking them with the overall goals and objectives of logistics management at the enterprise
- To describe the role of functional areas of logistics in a company and explain their main tasks and specifics
- To explain the importance of transparency of information and cooperation for the success of the entire supply chain
- To ecognize the bullwhip effect, explain its machanism and ways of neutralizing
- Explain the difference between operational and coordinating logistics functions and their role in logistics management
- Name the types of flows in a logistics system, describe their composition and parameters
- Know the objectives of sourcing management, production and distribution in logistics and their relationship to the overall objectives of logistics management
- Be able to identify supply, production and distribution subsystems in a diagram of a logistics network or system
- Identifies the features of the company's logistics strategy
- Defines the approach to the company's supply chain strategy
- Identifies the required components for SCOR modeling
- Identifies key business processes in supply chains
- Understand and explain the need for a differentiated approach to inventory management in the enterprise
- Be able to classify inventories by type of material flow and purpose of their creation
- Be able to identify the main locations of inventory formation on a diagram of the logistics network
- Know and explain the sequence of steps to form a logistics management system in an enterprise
- Know and understand the operation of supply chain risks
- Determine the level of detail of planning
- Know the main components of the logistics cycle and the purpose of its management
- Know the main types of information systems used to support logistics functions and operations
- Understand and be able to reproduce the logic of calculations in requirements planning systems (MRP, DRP)
