Course Syllabus

Abstract

The academic discipline is aimed at developing students' skills of critical analysis of various strategies for the development of human capital. State organizations perform the most important functions in modern society, and this, in turn, requires effective management of their activities. In this regard, the issues of practical application of modern forms of human capital management are of particular importance. Within the framework of this academic discipline, students are introduced to modern foreign and domestic experience in the development of human capital; with a variety of approaches to the development of human capital in the organization. The applied nature of the discipline is ensured, among other things, by considering real practical problems related to the development of human capital in organizations within the framework of the course

  • Formation of professional competencies, theoretical knowledge and practical skills to provide basic theoretical and practical preparing students to carry out development management activities human capital, mastering methods of its formation and development in the public administration system
