Course Syllabus

Abstract

The course is aimed to shape a comprehensive understanding of the logistics systems’ tasks and functions as well as to overview the methods of production material flow and supply chain management. Within first module of the course students will study basic concepts and principles of supply chain management including integration to logistics, procurement and shipment, warehousing and inventory, distribution and service, reverse logistics, risks evaluation and forecasting in the field of supply chain management. Second module will provide students with a set of analytical tools and decision supporting technologies to make them able to apply the most efficient approaches in the field of Business analytic to Logistics and supply chain management.
