Course Syllabus
Abstract
Students will learn:•Key concepts of product management (product vision, product cycle, key product metrics)•Basics of most popular IT methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, KanbanPractice will include launching a new product by team of students with help of appropriate agile principles, roles and ceremonies.Students should take this course in order to get a grasp of agile way of working in modern IT company.
Learning Objectives
- The main objective of this course is to provide students with basic understanding how agile methodology works and how it differs from other methodologies (i.e. waterfall). The course offers an overview of Scrum and Kanban, how to launch a product and how to lead an agile team.
