Course Syllabus
Abstract
While studying the part of the course about organizational changes students will learn to determine the need for organizational changes and their format. They will also learn to correlate planned changes with the life cycle of the organization and to adjust the process of implementing changes, etc.Special attention will be paid to the problem of overcoming resistance to organizational changes. After learning the course student should be able to apply this knowledge in organizational consulting projects, integrated into the course. The course includes information about the main types and approaches to the consulting process and methodology of consulting organization. In addition, students will consider in detail all phases and stages of a consulting project using practical examples and be acquainted with the ethics of a management consultant. They will also learn about the specifics of drafting a contract for consulting services.
