It provides a comprehensive understanding of compliance management systems, risk assessment processes, and ethical business conduct, equipping students with the necessary skills to address regulatory requirements and prevent corporate misconduct. The course also examines global best practices, the role of corporate culture, and the importance of compliance in maintaining sustainable business operations in an increasingly interconnected world.
