Аннотация
The course "Creative Project Management" trains specialists in the field of management of cultural projects and creative economy. The project management competencies are going to be developed as well as teamwork competencies. How to organize project work with team and how to lead it. The creative projects for the real customers will be realized during the course, but the focus will be on planning and organization processes, and reflexing them, as well as on the result itself.

Элементы контроля
- Group projectStudents are united in groups of 4-5 people to carry out a project related to activities in the field of arts and culture (for example, planning an event). The defense of a group project includes the presentation (report) of the results of the project using the specific structure and the analytical note (Word document of 5-6 pages). Faculty assessment and customer assessment of the results are expected. The Score is the sum of faculty score*0.6 + customer score*0,4. The whole group have to participate in the defense.
- TestAn individual solution of test tasks. The test is written and contain multiple choice questions and open-ended questions. The test focus on the material discussed during the classes. To prepare for it, students must attend lectures and workshops and be familiar with all course materials.
- Initiating and planning the projectStudents are united in groups of 4-5 people to carry out a project related to activities in the field of culture, art, tourism (for example, organizing an event). This activity is connected with start of the project and development of 2 documents. Done in a written form: 2 Word documents 1-2 pages each - Statement of Work (SOW) and plan of the project chosen. + Presentation.
- Analysis of project group work organizationDescribe and analyse the organization of the processes of group work on the implementation of the project and make a presentation.
