Course Syllabus
Abstract
Project Seminar provides a systematic practical knowledge of innovation and transformation strategy development. This course is designed for master students who want to apply their skills and knowledge in the implementation of solutions and process ideas into strategic planning for companies and enterprises. The course was renewed in the framework of a grant funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (grant ID: 075-15-2020-928): "Innovation strategies: HR-analytics on basis of big data, strategic management of personnel, talent management" module.
