Course Syllabus

Abstract

Students will learn key concepts of change management (Systems thinking, Lean Startup, ADKAR) and how they can be applied to the most popular IT-related frameworks: Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban. Practice will include case analysis, games based on the implementation of the change management frameworks. Students should take this course in order to get a grasp of working in modern IT company during transition period and constantly changing environment.
