Course Syllabus
Abstract
This course is about the design and implementation of talent management strategies, processes, and practices, as well as the collection and analysis of data on workers for effective decision-making at different levels. This course addresses HR-related topics from a strategic perspective: talent attraction and performance, rewarding, developing, empowering, and retaining. The main objectives of this course to analyze talent processes in the organization to drive business value through HR practices and learn to think systematically and strategically about the core aspects of managing a firm’s top performers and use analytical tools to build an effective HR system.
