Abstract
Project Seminar "Team Management" introduces students to the basic concepts in the field of team management: models and theories necessary for the analysis of project teams. Students learn methods for team performance improvement based on the results of team diagnostics. During the implementation students analyze their teams and develop practical recommendations to improve the effectiveness of teamwork.
