Sociological analysis of the circulation of medical data in Russia

The topic of his speech is: Sociological analysis of the circulation of medical data in Russia.
With the constant growth of the volume of data produced by mankind in various spheres of life, there are questions associated with both the use of emerging opportunities and the minimization of associated risks. In healthcare the problem of regulation of the circulation of personal and non-personal data - primarily data from medical records and so called real clinical practice data - is extremely acute. This report is based on the results of qualitative expert research aimed at identifying opportunities for improving access to medical data for Russian developers and users of innovative technological products. The project is jointly implemented by the Russian Association for Electronic Communications, Microsoft and the Internet Research Institute with the support of the Artificial Intelligence Competence Center (Sberbank PJSC) in November-December 2021.
